Pregnancy Massage

So you’re expecting – Congratulations! Whether this is your first baby or not, I’m sure this is an exciting but busy time for you.

Did you know that massage therapy can help with your pregnancy? Studies support what more and more women are discovering about massage therapy during pregnancy — that it has many wonderful benefits, including:

  • improving your mood and relieving stress
  • decreasing any depression and anxiety you may be feeling
  • decreasing aches and pains
  • improving the baby’s health and development.

You and your baby’s health and well-being is of the utmost importance. As a Massage Therapist I am trained to work with you to develop a treatment plan that is safe and complements care you are receiving from your doctor or midwife and any other health professionals you see. I make use of a variety of cushions and pillows to ensure you are comfortable and safe during your treatments.
